With us, every pallet is a priority, so when you send a quarter, half or full pallet, or a multi-pallet consignment with Pallet-Track, you’ll have sight of your consignment from start to finish, and you know that your goods will arrive at their destination when they should. We’ll even provide you with a photo proof of delivery (POD) once your goods have been unloaded, ensuring excellence at every opportunity.

ASSURANCE
Multiple tracking events covering the entire journey including mandatory photo proof of deliveries on ALL* consignments. All pallet tracking events are visible on the customer portal.
*Some exclusions apply e.g. prisons, MOD sites etc.
Our services are flexible to ensure we can support all of your delivery needs. With Pallet-Track, you can send a pallet with next day delivery or with our economy service depending on your budget and your deadline. We can also deliver your pallet to either a business location or a home address, for the latter we use kerbside pallet delivery as standard.
To provide you with an accurate delivery quote, we will ask you to provide the collection and delivery postcodes, select the size and number of pallets you wish to send and choose the type of service you require:
Next Day Services – we operate next day overnight services for delivery between 09.00 and 17.00 the next working day.
Economy Services – economy service for delivery between 09.00 and 17.00 within two working days.
You will also have the option to choose from all day, AM or PM delivery slots.

UK standard pallets are used throughout the Pallet-Track network, so all of the goods transported through by our members must be fixed to a standard sized pallet.
The UK standard pallet offers a larger footprint than the Euro, allowing for more goods to be transported per pallet.
